A validation survey to the mechanical system was undertaken and reinstatement to a Cat A configuration completed including new units and controls.

A new LED lighting system was installed utilising free issue client manufactured units, this required an upgrade to the wiring.

A new metal pan ceiling with new AC and lighting diffusers created a clean, flush, modern finish.

All the joinery to the space including skirting, windowsills and doors was replaced and French polish finished. New carpet and total redecoration created a great space ready for re-letting.
