Able Contracts secured this project within the confines of a competitive tender process.

Our works consisted of the strip-out and refurbishment of 7 no toilets each located on the lift landing. As the building was occupied the works were carefully planned a programme of works to ensure that a suitable number of toilet facilities were operational while we undertook the work.

All existing fixtures and fitting had to be stripped out and disposed of offsite. We then fitted out the toilets with new cubicles, vanity units, toilets, cisterns and basins. New lighting was also installed and the floors and walls retiled ready for use.
